Shipping and Billing Contactsmall.Com always delivers as fast as possible to the customer, but is also dependent on its own suppliers. If an order is not entirely on stock, the customer will receive an e-mail where he will be able to choose between a part-delivery or a cancellation. Subsequent shipments can last up to 7 business days. Your credit card will be charged the same day you placed your order. As soon as your credit card has cleared, we will process your order. Contactsmall.Com cannot be held liable for delayed delivery or no delivery at all. Prices All prices shown are in US$; the total price will be calculated for you on the online order form. A change in pricing never applies to orders already ordered or invoiced and delivered. The invoiced price is the valid price shown at the time of your order. Your credit card company may charge you an additional fee for transactions in foreign currencies. Contactsmall.Com charges are made in Euro (€). Returns Contactsmall.Com delivers all its shipments according to the order form submitted by its customers. Please check your delivery upon receiving for accuracy. For a full refund we only can accept unopened and re-saleable boxes within 30 days. Refunds are only available as storecredit. We can however not replace a product if it is already been used and opened. Please inquire a return authorization number from our customer service via e-mail under returns@contactsmall.com. Postage for returns must be paid for by the customer. Shipping is at customer's own risk. We may use the customers' information for mailings of promotional or current offers, special sales and contests. We are committed to ensure your privacy. The secure webpages are protected using Truste® technology for encryption. All your information is transferred to our local servers using secured transactions as well. Liability Contactsmall.Com is a contact lens replacement company, and a direct to consumer marketer of contactlenses. As a contact lens replacement center, we can only sell you contact lenses that you have a valid prescription for and are wearing successfully. By submitting an order to Contactsmall.Com the Customer confirms to have a valid prescription that he has used successfully in the past and which is not older than 12 months. In the customers own interest we highly recommend to consult an eye care physician at least once a year. Contactsmall.Com cannot be held responsible if the product you ordered does not match your prescription. We are not responsible if the Customer wears the lenses longer than suggested by the manufacturer. If you experience eye redness or other irritations, we recommend removing the lenses from your eyes and consulting an eye doctor. |
